Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I went through the driveway today and my order was ridiculous. My chicken fingers were very small more than the regular. I order for 4 family members and all of the chicken fingers were so small. It was like a kid meal. And on top All of that I asked 4 DRINKS little ice but all my drinks were full of ice . I expected canes to do better.

This Cane's is easily the worst I've been to. I've given it a good three chances and each time has gotten progressively worse. They almost always forget an extras that I add to my order even after repeating it back at the drive-thru and the window. I paid the cashier with a $50 bill and change and my order was $30.26. He owed me a twenty and was VERY rude when I asked for my change. I checked my food and they were missing the extra sauces and extra coleslaw for the third consecutive time I've gone to that Cane's. Don't get me wrong, there are nice managers and very helpful staff, but the people at the window have not properly done their jobs. I worked at Cane's in high school, I worked to-go and I know they check the receipt, so to have multiple missing items multiple times feels like a lack of training or carelessness.

Talk about trash I ordered 4 naked tenders …. And one canes and one honey mustard sauce … tell me why it looked like I ordered shrimps …. Absolutely trash … they only gave me a honey mustard sauce … and tenders I mean shrimp looked old and dry …. I was like so there nothing but crust on regular tenders … ima need to be compensated

This location doesn't close until 12 am. Attempted to order via drive thru at 11:10 pm and the employees ignored me. Drove to the window and employee didn't acknowledge me again. Finally she looked at the window and shrugged her shoulders and did not take my order. I've never received poor customer service at a Raising Cane. I hope management corrects this. This is the Drusilla Lane location.

I work right across the street so i come to this location at least twice a week, i don’t like to eat heavy while at work so i always order a kids meal.. today i ordered a kids meal with a sprite sat in the parking lot to eat and when i finished i noticed my drink was incorrect (i received an UNsweet tea) since i was still in the parking lot i swung back around to get my correct drink.. the same girl who took my order/gave me my items was still at the window but this time she refused to open the window or even acknowledge that i was there i sat there looking into the window for about a minute while everyone inside looked out at me.. finally a manager walks up and asks the problem with receipt in hand i simply say i was given the wrong drink, i then heard the lady who took my order in the background saying “oh that’s it, just a drink? i thought she had a big problem” .. so just hearing that annoyed me because she knew i was there at the window and needed something but refused to acknowledge me or my problem because she ASSUMED it was too big for her to handle? she should have still acknowledge the fact that i was there and asked what i needed i may have just wanted some more ketchup or something who knows but to just ignore a customer sitting at the window is ridiculous .
